Great selection of baked goods with a menu for other breakfast and lunch items as well. Display case was clean and organized. Ordered the almond croissant and it was delicious, massive, and flaky. Latte was creamy with a balanced acidity. Would recommend dining in since they have lovely dishware and the atmosphere is cozy and warm. Appreciated that hospitality is included so no expectation to tip.

We were there on Sept 24. And our experience was wonderful. The food was eclectic and different. As well as delicious. And the cashier/ server was so precious. She gave my son a cinnamon sugar pastry for his birthday and he enjoyed it! Thank yall so much for the good experience and good time!

Great sized croissants! The lamb pita was the best on the menu with fresh mint! The bread board was so delicious!

The food is incredible. It will add up in pricing though you get what you pay for with portion size. My go-to when I go is the roast pork sandwich, a vanilla latte, and a strawberry Danish. For your side, I recommend the marinated cucumbers: it's a soy sauce type marinade that gives it a salty, but not overwhelming flavor.

If you're looking for a latte made with love and in house syrups, this is where you want to go. I had a bourbon caramel latte and if was delightful 😋 The staff are super accommodating. Definitely recommend stopping by here of you're looking for a cozy place to catch a break.

All around…absolutely amazing for a Sunday brunch choice. My first visit and when I asked Greg(the host) what he would recommend…his recommendation exceeded my expectations🤤—Almond Croissant, sweet potato bowl (with kale, candied sunflower seeds, pickled red onion, ginger vinaigrette), lamb pita with a side marinade cucumbers, Afro Pop Soda( butterscotch and a blueberry lemonade). Greg explained that Afro Pop was a black owned business. The cans had different art on them💕. My Aunt and I were pleasantly pleased and satiated 😋😋. Will undoubtedly be returning. Thanks Greg!!!

I was really excited to visit SmallSUGAR before heading back to GA. Originally, I’d hoped to snag a grain bowl, but we were two hours too early (they start serving them at 10) so I opted for the soft scramble tartine and oh my gosh, it was divine. I don’t think I’ve ever had eggs quite so tasty before. They were the perfect t texture with an amazing garlicky flavor that I assume was from the chives, and the sourdough was perfect.

The fact that this place doesn’t currently have five stars is a true testament to the cruelness of humanity. Can’t wait to come back and bring everyone I know. There’s something for everyone here, as a health nut who also loves pastries, what more can you ask for? Loved sharing brunch plates with a friend over London fogs (and yes they go the extra mile with lemon zest on top). Also, talk about service with a smile. The staff is sweet as sugar. Thank you guys so much for the space, Columbia needs more places like this.

Had breakfast here the other morning and really enjoyed it! The outdoor patio is lovely and the servers are very nice and helpful. My only thing is that my salads (I took one to go as well) were both a little bit over dressed. That much dressing is really not necessary! Maybe they could put it on the side so that diners could choose how much they want to put on?
